Yes, we use FDA-compliant resin, which is food-safe when fully cured. We recommend
using the wood side for cutting and the resin side for serving.

No. The wood color is completely natural. We only use food-safe board butter to
nourish and protect the wood.

·       Will the resin scratch?

Like any handmade surface, light marks can appear over time with use. To help preserve the resin finish, we recommend cutting on the wood side.
